Here are some examples of common exceptions.
- Discounted items with discount codes are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
- The returned items must still have the label and must be returned in the original packaging
- Returned items must not show visible signs of wear or use
To initiate a return or exchange, complete the following steps:
- Contact us via Whatsapp informing us of the article to be replaced;
- Pack our product with still tag and original packaging;
- Go to a shipping center (Poste, GLS, etc.) and send us the product;
- Once arrived we will replace the product within 1 business day.
- To receive the change you will need to wait for the product to come back to us and only then will the other shipment be made within 1 day .
- If the exchange is requested, the shipping costs will be borne by the buyer.
