Exchanges and returns

If you need to return or exchange your order for any reason, we're here to help! We offer exchanges within 7 days from receiving the order, you can return the product in exchange for a different product . The return is only available for purchases made with prepayment.

We ask you to take note of the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

Here are some examples of common exceptions.

  • Discounted items with discount codes are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
  • The returned items must still have the label and must be returned in the original packaging
  • Returned items must not show visible signs of wear or use

To initiate a return or exchange, complete the following steps:

  1. Contact us via Whatsapp informing us of the article to be replaced;
  2. Pack our product with still tag and original packaging;
  3. Go to a shipping center (Poste, GLS, etc.) and send us the product;
  4. Once arrived we will replace the product within 1 business day.

Additional information:

  • To receive the change you will need to wait for the product to come back to us and only then will the other shipment be made within 1 day .
  • If the exchange is requested, the shipping costs will be borne by the buyer.
