Have you placed an order but you don't know how the shipment and delivery will take place?

We ship orders from Monday to Friday excluding holidays, so if you make your purchase by 2pm it will be shipped the same day, otherwise you will have to wait until the next one.

Your order will be shipped with GLS and the delivery usually takes place in 1/2 working days, unless you are in difficult areas and you will have to wait a little longer.

As soon as we register your order you will already receive the tracking via email, but the shipment will still start at 2 pm on the first working day.

You will receive the tracking of your order in the shipping email, you will then have to enter it on the GLS website to be able to track the package until delivery.

If after making the purchase you want to change the address, please contact us as soon as possible in order to make the change.

If the shipment has already started it will not be possible to change the address.

The items will be sent in envelopes with the MBMSPORT logo, only in rare cases will you be able to receive your items in boxes.

Having articles of different brands, the fit changes from product to product, therefore, if you have any doubts, we recommend that you ask us for any clarifications on which size to buy.

If an item or size is currently unavailable, there is a possibility that it will be restocked in the future. This will depend on various factors not exclusive to us.

We at MBMSPORT do not deal with goods that are not original. You can therefore rest assured about the quality of the products and their authenticity.

You have 7 days to ask for a change and we will be happy to help you.

In case of our mistake you will not be asked for any cost. Otherwise you will only have to pay the shipping cost of 10 euros to the courier.

The new shipment will start as soon as we have received the item to be replaced.
