If you need to return or exchange your order for any reason, we're here to help! We offer exchanges within 7 days from receipt of the order. You can return the product in exchange for a different product .
We ask you to take note of the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
- The returned items must still have the label and must be returned in the original packaging
- Returned items must not show visible signs of wear or use
To initiate a return or exchange, complete the following steps:
- Contact us via Whatsapp 3489275837 informing us of the article to be replaced;
- Pack our product with still tag and original packaging;
- Go to a shipping center (Poste, GLS, etc.) and send us the product;
- Once arrived we will replace the product in 2-3 working days.
Additional information:
- To receive the change you will need to wait for the product to come back to us and only then will the other shipment be made within 1 day .
- If the exchange is requested, the shipping costs will be borne by the buyer.
